Practical Guide to Understanding Resilience

Resilience means "to bounce back" or "retaliate" in Latin. Your emotional fortitude and perspective might affect how quickly you bounce back, whether in life or at work. Learn how making simple daily change can help you become more emotionally resilient!

This is an interactive session with practical and simple applications. This session will be followed by a 21-day challenge on CA-WHS Membership Platform on Mighty Networks. Join CA Women of Homeland Security today at https://ca-whs.mn.co/.

Please feel free to send an email to events@ca-whs.org with a question you would like answered about the topic.
