Yojna Verma has over two decades of success in a series of high-level roles at top tier companies that include CircleUp Network Inc., Constellation Advisors, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse Alternative Investments, and New York Stock Exchange. Her past board role included Treasurer Board Member of a non-profit, Leading Women in Technology, where she completed her two terms of 3 years each. She is currently acting as an Advisor to the organization until the end of the year 2022, to help fully acclimate the new Treasurer.

She is currently working full-time at CircleUp Network Inc. as its Controller, where she reports to the CEO. She also works with other leaders of the Company, assisting them in making strategic decisions in scaling the business, monitoring its cash flow and building its Finance team.  CircleUp is a 10 year old startup focusing on data insights in the consumer goods industry. CircleUp's mission is to empower entrepreneurs with the funding and support that they need to thrive. 

Her expertise and broad business range have powered a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction. Such traits have consistently enabled her to achieve an impressive command of the skills needed to manage ongoing business financial planning processes while developing strategies to meet future challenges. In her diverse experience with various companies, she has dedicated herself to be a leader and manager who engages in projects with an “All-In” attitude.
