Amy Ramirez, CEM, is the Risk Management Project Manager with the San Francisco Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI). Her portfolio includes the Threat and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR) for the Bay Area UASI and various regional emergency planning projects. Before joining UASI, Amy served as Lead Emergency Planner for the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management, where she was responsible for leading a team of planners in developing emergency plans for the City and County of San Francisco.
